After an inspiring trip to Japan, founders Nina and Marco fell in love with the art of Japanese café culture. With a background in fusion cuisine, Nina began investing in London’s vibrant food scene, launching her first restaurant and café.

In 2019, after two years of refining their concept, they opened CA Japanese Pancakes, a café dedicated to crafting authentic gluten-free and dairy-free Japanese soufflé pancakes and Japanese cheesecake. With a focus on quality, aesthetics, and an unforgettable dining experience, CA Japanese Pancakes quickly became a sensation in London.

The brand’s unique concept and commitment to excellence gained widespread recognition, earning features in Secret London, My London, Tastemade, Daily Mirror, and Visit London. It has also become a go-to destination for public figures, actors, singers, athletes, and bloggers from around the world, all eager to experience its famous fluffy pancakes.

Today, CAJP has two locations in London—Victoria and Chiswick—and is expanding internationally through franchising, bringing its signature Japanese-inspired café experience to new markets.
