Founder Nina after two trips in Australia and Japan started investing in London in a restaurant and Cafe, Nina is a chef fusion kitchen, after a 2 years experience with this format in 2020 she decided to open her first "CA Japanese Pancakes" Cafe in London an inspired Japanese Cafe with with aesthetic concept born by her passion for the asian cuisine.
CA Japanese Pancakes was immediately a great success featured on Secret London, My London and Taste Made and interpreted as a destination for public figures as actors , singers, athletes and bloggers from different countries with the desire to try the popular soufflé pancakes.
